Inspired by the thread in The Break Room;
Who is your favorite villain/antagonist from a video game?

Mine is a toss up between Dr. Robotnik (NOT Dr. Eggman >_<) and Team Rocket (whole team in general).

Dr. Robotnik since he's obviously incredibly evil. Also he makes some really awesome robots.
Team Rocket since out of all of the teams in Pokemon games, their plan was the least crazy sounding.
Steal everyone's pokemon and use them to take over the world.
Also, they made Mewtwo, who is awesome.

Oh God. Give me an easy one, will you?

Fifty-fifty split between GLaDOS from Portal and SHODAN from System Shock. I do like my villainous female AI, oh yes I diddly-do.

On that note.

I have yet to see a villain in any video game that has surpassed kefka in pure unadulterated evilness.

Edit: And not to nitpick, but team rocket didn't create mewtwo. The whole Mew gene splicing affair happened in cinnabar mansion with the researchers and Blaine. (I dont consider the anime canon =P)
